Shipping policy

At Less & Lavish, each order is lovingly packed and shipped from our studio with care. We understand how exciting it is to receive your rituals and want to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped twice a week — every Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed:

  • Before 12 PM MST on Monday will ship that same day

  • After 12 PM MST on Monday will ship on Thursday

  • After 12 PM MST on Thursday will ship the following Monday

During holidays or product launches, please allow for a slight delay as we prepare orders with extra attention.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

  • We currently ship across Canada and select international locations.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Packaging

Our products are shipped in minimal, eco-conscious packaging that protects your order while staying aligned with our natural values.

Shipping Delays

Less & Lavish is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather events, or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your package seems delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
