I really hoped i would love these products but it was awful

I really hoped i would love these products but it was awful. Even just pumping the shampoo out onto my hand, it was purely thin n runny. Like water, sadly i knew it wouldn't clean anything. But i gave it a try anyway. And my hair was as greasy as it was before i started my shower. It did nothing. And it took forever to get to my house! And was crazzzzy expensive. So ya im super bummed

I’m so sorry to hear that your experience with our Lavish Cleanse & Nourish Duo didn’t meet your expectations. We put so much care into crafting each product to be both effective and luxurious, so it’s disappointing to learn this was not the case for you.

Our Chamomile shampoo is designed to be gentle, sulfate-free, low foam and plant-based, which can sometimes feel lighter in texture than traditional shampoos. It's also meant more for medium to high porosity hair and generally doesn't work well on low porosity hair as you can see in the information cards for the product. However, it absolutely should still cleanse effectively, especially after a double wash, so your feedback is very important to us.

Best hair care I've found!

I have tried so many natural hair products and I was reluctant to try these, but am I ever glad I did. I haven't seen my hair this healthy in years. I will definitely be buying again.
